The perfect night meal is a choice of light proteins, salads, and vegetables –for the fibers. Unlike breakfast, dinner should be light – because our organism does not have a possibility to fight with hard food during the night.

The night is the time to intake fibers (which will protect you during the whole night) and fatty acids (fish meat for example). They must be eaten with a seasoned salad dressed with cold-fried oils, rich in polyunsaturated fats.

The second choice, also good for dinner is grilled chicken, turkey, veal, tuna or boiled eggs (only white) and a young cheese, with a choice of two or more fresh salads. (Seasoned with balsam and cold oils)

How much skipping breakfast is decisive for the occurrence of numerous metabolic disorders in the body, so much emphasis on evening is decisive for the failure of many diets, as well as for the appearance of a body figure that does not match our basic constitution (enlargement of the stomach, buttocks, riding trousers, Women, etc.)

The nutritionist says that ideal time for dinner is around 19 AM. Although more deviations are possible at a later time, only care that should be taken is that the time between dinner and sleep is not shorter than 2 hours.

Sleeping slows down our metabolism, so many enzymes almost cease to lighten, and all food remains unheated for a long time. This leads to the accumulation of subcutaneous fat, but also to serious illnesses after many years of eating unhealthy.
